    1. Sample Materials for Exhibition as Main Content: Mark all items\/cartons for EXHIBITION PURPOSE, NOT FOR SALE<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

      1. When sending documents to us NAME OF EXHIBITOR AND EXHIBITOR STAND NUMBER SHOULD BE STATED<\/strong>. With this we will allocate a Unique Identity Number (UIN) to your goods\/samples so that items can be easily identified and dropped directly on exhibitors stand when stand construction commences<\/li><\/ol>

        1. Invoice value should in USD for easier understanding and conversion<\/li><\/ol>

          \u00a0<\/p>

          1. Government taxes are chargeable based on the nature of goods; different items have different import tax. And these taxes ranges from 5% upwards depending on the item<\/li><\/ol>

            \u00a0<\/p>

            1. We advise if you are including the invoice with other documents to your shipper, reduce the value of the invoice to the barest minimum. Reason is because your items are for exhibition purpose, and not for sale.\u00a0 The higher the value the more clearing\/custom charges you will pay.\u00a0 We advise you send us all documents, including all invoices to go through before you hand over to your shipper.<\/li><\/ol>

              \u00a0<\/p>

              1. Note: clearing takes 4-5 working days approximately depending on nature of goods,country of origin etc. Airfreight\/Courier should arrive Nigeria not later than 14 days before exhibition. Please ensure you put this into consideration when sending your goods\/samples.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol>

                1. If your goods\/samples attract custom duties, you\/your company will be responsible to off set these charges\/fee(s). We will send you the invoice for approval before we proceed with the clearing<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
